We manage the paper registration process and miscellaneous administrative tasks for this youth conference.
In Action
The EDGE is a student and leaders conference designed to point middle school and high school students toward a loving relationship with God and equip youth workers to minister to today’s generation. We work with them to handle the registration process for the event which is all done by mail. This includes receiving and tracking payments, maintaining the database, and coordinating rooming needs with the hotel. During the event we also handle other administrative tasks.
The effort that Katie puts in to help take administrative issues and registration workload of our plates allows us to do the ministry of visioning and dreaming and implementing that we were called to do. On top of that her encouragement, willingness to help, keen mind, and servants spirit on site is a blessing we do not want to soon let go of. I hope to continue to work alongside Katie as long as we continue to do ministry with The Edge Conference. She is now, simply put, a part of the team
